Meet Dr. Dianne Dao (La Porte, TX)

Dr. Dianne Dao received her Doctor of Optometry in 1998 from the College of Optometry at the University of Houston. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Dr. Dao, whose field specialties include ortho-k and contact lens fitting, has been in practice since 1998. She says being an optometrist gives her the opportunity to help people see their best and look their best.

Dr. Dao loves being able to make a difference in people's lives, improving their vision, and getting to know people from every walk of life.

The most rewarding experiences of being an optometrist, according to Dr. Dao, are the long-lasting friendships that are developed with her patients, watching as their families grow, and eventually seeing their kids have kids.
